For four days of competition, masters rowers of all age groups will test their mettle on one of Europe's most beautiful regatta courses – a sporting event that is unique worldwide in this form. As the world's largest masters rowing event, the Euro Masters Regatta inspires thousands of spectators, fans, and sports enthusiasts every year who cheer on the competitions from the banks.

The Euro Masters Regatta is no ordinary rowing race. It is the international class reunion for masters rowers – that is, all those athletes who pursue their sport with passion and ambition beyond their junior years. Masters rowing means: full competition, real team spirit, and a lot of heart and soul – from age group 27 and up. The number of participants grows annually, and in 2026, record numbers are expected again at the Olympia-Regattaanlage in Oberschleißheim.
For four days, the action takes place on the 2,000-meter regatta course. The Euro Masters Regatta includes an impressive variety of boat classes and age groups: Singles, doubles, fours, and eights – both with and without a coxswain – are started in separate races. The masters classes begin with athletes aged 27 and up and extend well into the 70+ age groups. It is particularly impressive to watch experienced rowers over 60 still pulling through the water with remarkable technique and stamina.
The program is cleverly distributed over the four days: The first two days of competition are characterized by the heats, in which teams must qualify for the finals. On the weekend – Saturday and Sunday – the excitement reaches its peak when the best teams from all
