Schleissheim Aviation Museum

The Deutsches Museum presents the most important part of its aviation collection in the Schleissheim Aviation Museum. The airfield and its buildings were constructed between 1912 and 1919 for the Royal Bavarian Flying Corps. The historic site includes the old hangar, the control tower as a viewing platform and the commander's office. It accommodates exhibitions on the history of the Schleissheim airfield and the development of aviation.

The heart of the museum is formed by the huge glass hangar with exhibits from civil aviation, military aviation and space travel. The total exhibition space of the hangar is around 8,000 square metres. Special exhibitions, flight days and constant new campaigns make the Flugwerft Schleissheim an attractive and exciting destination for the whole family.

Sea Life, Munich

Hellabrunn Zoo

Wildpark Poing

Wildpark Poing (Poing Wildlife Park), established in 1959 and awarded with the badge "German game reserve inspected by experts" and the "Bavarian Environmental Medal", is located in a slightly hilly attractive area with woods, meadows and expanses of water.
