Experience Munich

Frauenkirche, Munich

"The most northern city of Italy": Munich is occasionally given this nickname. Those who use the name are thinking of the numerous street cafes and bistros, of the domes of the Frauenkirche, of the Roman baroque Theatinerkirche, of the Feldherrenhalle, of the facades of Ludwigstrasse (both based on Florentine models) or of the Allerheiligen-Hofkirche and its "original", the Capella Reale in Palermo.

With southern flair and folklore, with representative buildings and peaceful parks, Munich has a lot to offer in terms of quality of life. Significant art collections, extensive sports facilities, a wide range of cultural attractions and, last but not least, the beer gardens make Munich one of the cities in Germany that it is most worth living in.

A visit to Munich does not have to be expensive. Take a look at our offers. On a number of weekends, we have reduced prices. Leave your car outside Munich. Forget about looking for a space in a car park and the troublesome navigation amongst the city traffic. You can easily reach the centre of Munich with its many tourist attractions in 20 minutes on public transport.

And, incidentally, you will be staying in a quiet area, next to one of the largest baroque estates in Germany - Schleissheim Park.
